Tom Furtado
President and CEO
Tom serves as CATCH's President and CEO. He is responsible for the overall operations and management of CATCH Neighborhood Housing, Alliance Asset Management, and Impact Development Associates.
Tom joined the team in February 2017 when he was hired as CATCH's Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate Development and Asset Management. Tom brings over 25 years of experience in finance and real estate knowledge from working for various companies across Southern New England.

Alex Panagiotakos
Vice President and Director of Real Estate and Asset Management
Alex serves as the Director of Real Estate and Asset Management. In that role, she is responsible for new project development, construction, and financing as well as managing IDA's existing Real Estate Portfolio to ensure viable, permanently affordable housing.
Alex came to this work in 2013 with over 20 years of financial experience. She previously supported technology and innovation. Currently, she is enrolled in the National Development Council’s Rental Housing Development Finance Professional Certification track and serves on the Board of Directors for the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness.
